339bdt (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh ("you" or "member"). By visiting our website (https://339bdt.cam), opening an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below. 1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
To use the 339bdt platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2. Account Registration
2.1 Single Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, family, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If 339bdt identifies multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit any accumulated balances and bonuses.
2.2 Registration Information
You are required to provide true and accurate information at the time of registration. Accounts opened with false information will be cancelled and any associated transactions will be considered void.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If any unauthorised access occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Updating Information
If any details registered on your account change, please inform our support team via live chat or email. The existing information will remain in effect until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit amount on the 339bdt platform is ৳100 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. 339bdt does not accept deposits made in a third party's name — deposits must be made from an account in your own name only.
3.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same — withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
3.3 Verification and Delays
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Failure to provide the required documents on time may delay the withdrawal process. Funds associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
3.4 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 339bdt does not support transactions in foreign currencies.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
339bdt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳34,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Example: for a bonus of ৳1,200, total wagers of ৳24,000 must be placed. A time limit applies for completing the wagering requirements — the full terms for each promotion are stated on the relevant offer page.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or systematically following stake-reduction strategies in order to take advantage of bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled and may lead to account suspension.
4.4 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus applies once per account only.
- Deposits made using third-party funds are not eligible for a bonus.
- 339bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered valid only when the system successfully confirms it and the amount is deducted from the balance. If a bet is not recorded in the system due to a technical issue, it will not be considered valid.
5.2 Incorrect Odds
339bdt reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were published due to a clear error. 339bdt does not honour advantages arising from system errors or data provider mistakes.
5.3 Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, bets placed on that event will be refunded. For multi-bets, the cancelled event will be counted at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will remain active.
5.4 Live Betting
339bdt is not responsible for disconnections or delays that occur during live betting. Odds during live betting can change rapidly; do not place a bet until you are certain.
6. Casino Services
6.1 Game Providers
339bdt works with multiple world-class game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and many more. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game interface.
6.2 Game Results
The results of all casino games are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game providers independently test this technology. 339bdt is committed to ensuring fair play.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a disconnection or technical fault occurs during a game, the game session will be restored automatically. If restoration is not possible, the bet will be cancelled and the balance refunded. 339bdt is not responsible for internet connection issues.
6.4 Live Casino
Live casino games are played with a real dealer. Limits and rules for live games are displayed at the game table. If a disconnection or game interruption occurs for any reason, the game log record will be considered final.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

- Using hacking, malware, or any harmful technology.
- Attempting to steal another user's information or access their account.

11. Account Closure
11.1 Closure at Member's Request
Any member may request account closure via live chat or email. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. If wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met, the bonus-related balance will be forfeited.
11.2 Closure by 339bdt
339bdt may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
- Instructions from regulatory or legal authorities.
In cases of fraudulent activity, balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Opening a new account without our permission is prohibited if your account has been closed by 339bdt.
